Being grateful for what we have in life can sometimes be a challenge. Particularly if you’re in a pickle with bad debt, or you’re focused on things you’re yet to achieve. It’s so easy to run stories in our minds of how bad our situation is, or “i’ll be happy when I achieve ………”. BUT Practicing an attitude of Gratitude, or writing in a Gratitude Journal (something I do every day) can help.
